If you have a monthly course of 12 group classes, you will receive 12 group class credits and will be charged for them every 28 days.

How Many Group Class Credits Are There in Lingoda?
There are two types of credits on Lingoda — Group class credits and Private Class Credits.
Group Class Credits allow you to book group classes. Private class credits, on the other hand, help you book private classes.
Learners can convert their group class credits into private class credits. There is no such option for private class credits.

Q1. Will My Credits Be Lost With A Cancelled Subscription?
Ans: No, you will not lose your credits on canceling your subscription. To use them again, just reactivate your previous course package or purchase a new course package and your credits will be accessible again.
Q2. Can I Exchange My Lingoda Credits?
Ans: Yes, you can convert your group class credits into private class credits. You need to exchange 3 group class credits for 1 private class credit.
To convert your credits go to the home page.
Locate the new feature called Today.
Go to achievements and tap on convert class credit.
To have more than 1 private class credit, tap on the “+” sign. To decrease the number tap on “-“.
Click on Confirm to complete the exchange.
NOTE: Remember conversion from private class credits to group class credits is not available. Also, you need to book for English, French and Spanish at least 48 hours ahead of time.
For German, private lessons book them 72 hours in advance.
