Steps to Reset Duolingo Progress (2025)
To reset your Duolingo progress, follow the steps written below:
- First, open the Duolingo app on your phone.
- After that, tap on your Profile Icon.
- Now, tap on the Settings icon as shown in the above image.
- After that, scroll down and tap on the Courses option.
- When you tap on it, you will be shown all the languages that you are learning right now.
- Now, tap on the Remove option located next to the language you wish to reset.
- When you do so, a pop-up will appear.

- Now, tap on the ‘Remove’ option again.
- When you do so, the language will be removed or reset from the Duolingo app.
- Now, go back to the Duolingo homepage and select the same language.
- Now, you will have to start all over again.
