  • Sections
  • Course Reset

Sections

The first method to go back to previous lessons on Duolingo is through sections.

To learn how to do it, follow the steps written below:

  • Open the Duolingo app on your device.
  • Locate the Section option.

  • When you do so, you will be shown all Sections.
  • Now, select the Section that you wish to review or go back to.

  • Select the lessons you wish to revise and click on it.

Reset Course

  • Open the Duolingo app on your device.
  • After that, tap on the Profile Icon.

  • Next, tap on the Courses option.

  • Once removed, go to the home screen and tap on the “Flag” icon.

  • Now, select the removed language again and start learning.

Duolingo CEFR Levels

Duolingo uses the CEFR levels, from A1 to B2 which helps learners check what they need to work on more. 

Therefore going back and revising lessons you have already learnt will help in your progress. 

Next to each section, you’ll see its CEFR level — the international proficiency standard. 

Duolingo shows your progress with a unit label. Click on the unit label that has the section number, unit number, and unit name.

It also tells you about your CEFR levels. 

Tap on the See details tab and all the vocabulary and grammar that you have learned will be seen here.

How to Fix Unable To View Previous Lessons on Duolingo

Clear Cache

  • First, open the Settings app.
  • Now, go to the Apps and Manage Apps.
