Sharing a course with your friends or other users on Memrise is very simple. However, if you don’t know the process, follow the steps written below:
Step 1: Create A Group
To start sharing a course on Memrise, the first thing you need to do is create a group.
Creating a group will allow you to connect with more than one person and share a course with all of them at once.

Here is how you can create a group on Memrise:
NOTE: The Memrise app does not support the Group feature as of now. To create a Group, you are required to use its web version.
- First, visit Memrise’s official site.
- After visiting the site, log in to your account.
- Once logged into your account, click on the Groups icon at the top of your Dashboard.
- Select Create New Group.
- Now, give your group a unique name and select whether you are creating this group to teach your students or to learn with your friends.
- You can also upload a picture to make your group unique!
- Once done, click “Create your first group”.
- After you successfully create a group move to the next step.
Step 2: Add Friends
After creating a group, the next thing you need to do is invite friends or users with whom you want to share the course.
To do so, open the group and select ADD NEW.
After that, enter the username and click Invite.
(Note: To add a member to your group, make sure to enter the username rather than the email address.)
When you click on the invite button, the user will be added to your group.
Additionally, you can share the invitation link by copying the group link and sending it to the people you want to add.
All they need to do is copy the link, paste it into a web browser, and search.
